Longs, SC | Full-Time | Field Leadership

A growing landscape maintenance company is seeking a hands-on Field Manager in Longs, SC to lead 3–4 landscape maintenance crews and oversee a portfolio of commercial and residential properties in the Longs/Myrtle Beach area.

This role is ideal for an experienced Landscape Supervisor, Maintenance Manager, Landscape Foreman, or Crew Leader ready to step into a high-impact leadership position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support 3–4 landscape maintenance crews
• Ensure properties are serviced on schedule and meet quality standards
• Conduct daily crew check-ins and field inspections
• Complete site reports, punch lists, and close work tickets
• Track labor hours and support job costing accuracy
• Serve as onsite point of contact for property managers and homeowners
• Train and develop crew leaders and team members
• Assist hands-on in the field when needed (pruning, spraying, detailing)

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of landscape maintenance or landscaping leadership experience
• Experience managing crews and route-based operations
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of landscape maintenance, safety practices, and quality control
• Valid driver’s license required
• Experience with landscape management software preferred
