The Iran affiliate of Novo Nordisk, based in Tehran, is hiring for the position of a Field Market Access (FMA) Executive. The Field Market Access Executive will play a critical role in ensuring the accessibility of Novo Nordisk's pharmaceutical products across designated centers and regions. This role involves strategic execution, detailed documentation preparation, stakeholder engagement, and market intelligence analysis. You will work collaboratively across departments, represent Novo Nordisk in key markets, and manage important negotiations with health authorities and payers to ensure optimal access to our products. Read on and apply today! Your new role Implement strategies to ensure regional and center-level access to all Novo Nordisk products, both existing and new. Prepare comprehensive documentation for payers and authorities, including situational analyses, quantitative data, and cost‑effectiveness materials. Represent the company in regions and centers, collaborating closely with FF and cross‑functional teams. Monitor National and Regional market intelligence and update the Market Access Manager on risks and opportunities. Professionally communicate core value messages to enhance patient access and strengthen the value story for authorities. Identify and develop essential field-based market access capabilities. Lead key negotiations, secure timely agreements, and provide viable alternatives when consensus cannot be reached. This team plays a strategic role at the intersection of healthcare policy, reimbursement, and patient needs—making a meaningful impact on health outcomes across the country. Your skills & qualificationsEducation & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in pharma‑related fields, Marketing, Economics, or similar, plus 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry. Market Access Expertise: Strong understanding of market access processes, healthcare economics, payer landscape, and the ability to apply analytical insights to support MA objectives. Collaboration & Communication: Excellent cross‑functional collaboration, communication, and presentation skills, both written and verbal. Negotiation & Influence: Proven negotiation skills with the ability to influence decisions and build long‑term relationships. Analytical & Language Skills: Strong analytical abilities to assess risks and market dynamics, and intermediate English proficiency (oral and written). Deadline09.02.2026.
