Field Operations ManagerI’m working on a Field Operations Manager opportunity with a specialist glazing contractor delivering storefront, curtain wall, and interior systems across multiple active projects.This is a senior field leadership role for someone with strong hands-on glazing experience who has progressed into managing crews and taking ownership of site delivery.You’ll act as the key link between the field and office, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with drawings and specifications.Key responsibilities:Lead and coordinate field crews across multiple live job sitesOversee daily progress, quality control, and site safety complianceLiaise closely with project management and office teams on scheduling and site updatesTroubleshoot installation issues and ensure work meets specificationMentor and support field technicians and crew leadsWhat we’re looking for:Strong background in glazing (storefront, curtain wall, interior systems, etc.)Proven experience supervising field crews or subcontractor teamsSolid understanding of OSHA/site safety standardsAbility to read and interpret shop drawings and installation detailsA hands-on, accountable leader with strong problem-solving abilityThis is a great opportunity for someone who has come through the field, understands glazing installation inside and out, and is ready to step into a leadership role with full site responsibility.If you’re open to exploring, I’d be happy to share more detail.
