Are you an enthusiastic leader with a passion for sales? G-Energy is seeking a motivated Field Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee a team of appointment setters and sales representatives to drive sales performance as well as brand visibility in the market.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing appointment setting/ sales team to exceed company sales goals.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to enhance market presence and customer engagement.
  • Conduct regular field visits to provide on-the-ground support and coaching to team members.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that encourages innovation and teamwork.

Requirements

What We're Looking For:

  • A proven track record in sales management, preferably in a field role.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strategic mindset with strong analytical capabilities.
  • A valid Driver's License and readiness to travel frequently for field activities.
