The Role
As a Field Sales Representative/Property Acquisition Specialist, you will meet motivated home sellers face-to-face at their properties across Long Island. You’ll evaluate homes, present offers, negotiate directly with sellers, and close deals at the table.
This is a high-pressure, high-reward role. You will be expected to move fast, control conversations, and turn qualified leads into signed contracts—same day whenever possible.
What You’ll Do
- Run in-home and on-site appointments with motivated sellers
- Build instant rapport and establish authority quickly
- Present offers and negotiate aggressively to secure win-win deals
- Handle objections with confidence and control
- Close contracts in person whenever possible
- Maintain an active pipeline through consistent follow-up
- Update and manage leads in Salesforce CRM with urgency
- Collaborate with lead intake specialist and underwriting to maximize close rate
- Travel throughout Long Island daily for appointments

Requirements
- Documented sales success as a top performer
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Comfortable traveling throughout Long Island daily
