Overview: The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for maintaining and repairing medical imaging equipment, with a focus on MR and CT modalities. The role involves providing technical support and ensuring high customer satisfaction through independent and effective problem-solving.

Position:
Full Time, Permanent

Responsibilities:

• Repair and maintain diagnostic imaging equipment, primarily Ultrasound devices
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance, including calibrations and system verifications
• Document service activities according to company standards
• Resolve problems and communicate professionally in high-pressure environments
• Manage and maintain company assets and submit field service reports
• Communicate with account managers and provide technical support in various settings

Requirement Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in field service engineering, specifically with imaging equipment
• Multi-vendor OEM experience (GE, Siemens, or Philips) preferred
• Ability to travel and work independently
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience with MR and CT modalities
