Field Service Engineer Apply
Overview Engage with customers in a fast-paced customer service department. Troubleshoot Balemaster equipment via phone or on-site visit. Perform on-site service and maintenance for customers’ baling equipment. Responsibilities Requirements Communicate effectively and possess strong verbal, written, listening and troubleshooting skills Four-year engineering degree (mechanical or electrical preferred, others considered) Ability to travel up to 70% of the time throughout North America Valid driver’s license required; passport recommended Attention to detail and highly organized Customer service skills Computer and Internet knowledge Fluent Spanish is a plus Physical Requirements Heavy industrial environment with mechanical activities requiring personal protective equipment.
