Under minimal supervision, the FSE installs, maintains, repairs, and modifies ARxium systems at customer facilities. The role requires excellent customer‑centered communication skills. Travel is required. Qualifications Diploma or degree in a technical field including, but not limited to: mechanical, electrical, computer, biomedical. Conveyor and automation experience. Engineering and electrical experience. 7+ years of direct field service (or equivalent) experience troubleshooting and repairing computerized electro‑mechanical systems. 7+ years of experience working in a service capacity with direct customer interaction. Responsibilities Perform software and hardware preventive and corrective maintenance. Perform software and hardware emergency break‑fix service calls. Refine and validate PLC coding. Work with the facility to schedule appropriate downtime for preventive and corrective maintenance. Ensure timely and accurate completion of all paperwork and reports, including ticket updates and closures, expenses, timesheets and other administrative requirements. Follow up on open issues, tickets and escalations. Service products outside normal business hours may be required. Perform other duties as required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
