Field Service Lead: Electrical Start-Up & Team Mentor

IEM is seeking a Field Service Lead to manage and optimize a team of field service technicians during start-up, commissioning, and maintenance of IEM products at customer sites. This working-lead role combines hands-on field duties with direct supervision of about 8 technicians across 2–6 active sites. You will travel to customer sites and facilities, lead training, and ensure safety, quality, and timely project delivery while coordinating with project managers and support teams. #J-18808-Ljbffr
