Immediate opening for a Field Service Manager - PERM opportunityCompany on the East Coast but will hire from any US state.80% travel Domestic and some InternationalMust have valid US PassportWill be responsible for the following:Plans and oversees installations, troubleshooting and maintenance of equipment to ensure proper function and maximize uptime.· Handles service contracts and directs support services.· Develops methods, guidelines, and operating procedures to facilitate efficient service delivery.· Reviews service reports to monitor service performance and enhance customer satisfaction.· Ensures all customer issues are satisfactorily resolved utilizing engineering, manufacturing and other teams as needed.· Ensures the project/department milestones and goals are met while adhering to approved budgets.Education and/or Experience· Bachelor’s degree in management, business or related field.· 1-3 years of experience required.· Strong technical background with commercial equipment required.· Must possess or be qualified to obtain international passport.· Must have working knowledge of using basic tools, multimeter, manometers.· Must have the ability to read and explain wire diagrams.· Must be proficient in MS Office, data analytics and reporting.
