As the Field Service Tech, you will focus on the customer and provide high levels of service as you inspect, troubleshoot, and repair industrial equipment and systems at the customers’ site. You’ll have use of a company truck & cell phone.As the Field Service Technician / Specialist, your responsibilities, will be to troubleshoot problems and think of with a solution that benefits the customer and is within the company standards. You will need a strong electrical background, experience in controls and controls systems such as VFD, Vector and PLC’s and have some knowledge of programming. Other areas you’ll need experience in are gear drives, couplings, bearings, wire rope hoist, & chain hoist. You’ll need to be a good communicator who can interact with the customers’ engineering personnel and effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
