Role Description

This is a full-time on-site and field role for a Field Service Technician at Big Joe Lift Trucks Inc. in Carson, CA. The Field Service Technician will be responsible for performing maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on site at a customer's location on lift trucks and pallet jacks. They will also conduct inspections, ensure equipment safety, and provide exceptional customer service to clients.

Qualifications

• Mechanical and Electrical Troubleshooting skills
• Experience in Equipment Maintenance and Repair
• Knowledge of Hydraulic Systems
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• OSHA certification is a plus
• Relevant technical certifications or vocational training
