- 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, field support, or technical troubleshooting roles.
- Hands-on experience with structured cabling and network hardware installation.
- Experience troubleshooting IP/analog camera systems and electronic components.
- Familiarity with diagnostic tools: cable testers, multimeters, tone generators.
- Ability to read schematics, diagrams, and network layouts.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Able Conduct low-voltage diagnostics and power testing using appropriate tools.
- Maintain documentation of systems, fixes, and configurations.
- Collaborate with vendors and escalate advanced issues when necessary.
