  • 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, field support, or technical troubleshooting roles.
  • Hands-on experience with structured cabling and network hardware installation.
  • Experience troubleshooting IP/analog camera systems and electronic components.
  • Familiarity with diagnostic tools: cable testers, multimeters, tone generators.
  • Ability to read schematics, diagrams, and network layouts.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Able Conduct low-voltage diagnostics and power testing using appropriate tools.
