About Client: The client is a technology managed services provider and product reseller that offers Managed Workplace Services, including IT solutions and hardware, integration, and support services. The company partners with technology leaders such as Client, IBM, Cisco, Dell, Apple, Inc., Jamf Pro, and AirWatch. Rate Range: $20-$22/Hr Job Description Supporting various clients with hands‑on break‑fix, IMAC, and project support, traveling to multiple locations. Updating and maintaining all administrative tasks associated with assigned cases including scheduling visits, equipment ordering and tracking, and real‑time updates of case notes and required communication. Providing customer‑facing, traveling support for break/fix, IMAC, and project work. Daily travel is required, and the role includes being part of an after‑hours on‑call rotation for assigned areas. Participating in nights and weekends as part of the on‑call rotation. Benefits Non‑benefitted (other than those mandated under state or federal law).
