Job Title: Field Technician - Commercial Renewable Energy

Location: Houston, TX (or nearby areas)
Duration: Contract to Hire

Note: Client is preferreing someone who have previously work with Pearce Renewables, CES, or similar organizations.

Job Overview

We are seeking experienced Commercial Renewable Energy Technicians to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong background in commercial renewable energy services who are comfortable with frequent travel to support field operations.

Key Responsibilities

Perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of commercial renewable energy systems.

Travel extensively to customer sites to provide field service and technical support.

Follow all safety standards, company procedures, and industry best practices.

Complete service documentation and communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.

Requirements

Prior commercial renewable energy experience is required.

Experience working with established renewable energy service companies such as Pearce Renewables, CES, or similar organizations is strongly preferred.

Must be based in Houston, TX, or the surrounding area.

Must be willing and able to travel extensively as part of the role.

Strong troubleshooting, technical, and communication skills.
