• Provide customer field and telephone technical support in product application, installation and use, including software application and setup.
• Provide technical support to the Sales and Manufacturing staff in the areas of product application, installation and use, including software application and setup.
• Provide support to Engineering department in the form of assembly, testing and troubleshooting electronic and electromechanical assemblies, equipment and system software.
• Be responsible for the execution of return and repair services of electronic and electromechanical equipment. Interface with sales, Customer Service and customers directly to provide resolution of equipment technical or repair issues.
• Build and test new prototypes.
• Work with outside vendors and suppliers of electrical assemblies.
  

• Associates degree or equivalent work experience 5+ years in a technical field preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong relationship talent with a focus on pleasing the customer.
• Strong experience with computers, software applications, network architectures and MS product software.
• Bilingual English-Spanish a plus.
• Experience in the use of general test equipment.
  

• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., often while climbing a ladder.
• Must be comfortable in industrial settings, including heights in and around large vessels and silos.
• Must be willing and able to travel (including overnight stays) for consecutive days on a frequent basis. Travel is estimated at 50-70%.
• Valid passport or the ability to obtain a passport.
• Must possess and maintain a safe driving record and a valid State of Nebraska driver's license.
