What You’ll Do: The Field Supervisor is responsible for supporting the Department Manager in facilitating the training and coaching of the company's service professionals, by helping them develop their customer service and technical skills while optimizing service calls, and meeting department goals. What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like: Work with the Department manager to create and execute a monthly ride along plan. Conduct ride‑along’s with service professionals and debrief with employees at the completion of each call. Understand and reinforce the importance of the sales and revenue needs of the company and coach customer experience processes to help enhance and exceed revenue goals. Work with the Department Manager to help identify technicians with development opportunities and provide coaching to improve or enhance performance. Assist with classroom training and developing training programs and curriculum. When needed, assist the Department Manager by personally visiting customers with concerns, to provide world class service and resolve concerns on a one‑on‑one basis. Coach employees how to correctly and completely fill out all service invoices, checklists, Summary of Findings, and any other situationally appropriate documentation, including photographs/videos. 360‑degree evaluation on every call. Coach employees on Replenishment policies, and inventory policies, allowing accuracy in all reporting and ordering within Roth’s standards. Coach on Roth’s “Keep Company Vehicle Clean Inside and Out” policy. Express the importance of driving safety and the visibility of what Roth represents in the community. Assist Department Manager with Timekeeping and Service Titan accuracy. Alert Dispatcher and Manager immediately about customer concerns. Attend and participate in all in‑house and outside training meetings. Conduct weekly 1 on 1 with technicians. Coach and develop employees performance to meet Roth’s KPI expectations. Perform HVAC service calls when needed. Conduct/lead A+CE service training with all location employees. Assist in facility needs and shop duties. Assist in shaping company culture by living out agreed upon values, specifically ethics, integrity, and team camaraderie throughout the business. What We’d Like You to Have: A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record is required for this position. A minimum of 2 years residential service experience is preferred.
