Title: Field Supervisor
Wage: $36.50 per hour with a work truck
FLSA Status: Non-exempt
Reports to: Vice President
The Field Supervisor position will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations for National Hydro Excavation Services. Travel with be expected 50% of the time, between Nebraska and Iowa locations. This position will be responsible for supervising the completion of projects in a safe and timely manner.
Essential Functions:
- Frequently lift, bend, stoop, climb, and jump
- Continuous driving automotive equipment
- Being near machinery
- Changes in temperature
- Working regularly around dirt and dust
- Walk long distances and stand long periods of time
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Reasoning, math, and language
- Make independent judgements
- Occasional travel

- Manage day to day operations: job progress, permitting, scheduling, and paperwork
- Supervise the team and ensure duties are completed
- Responsible to obtain job materials and ensure materials are onsite in timely manner
- Log truck inspections, maintenance, and repairs in accordance with safety regulations
- Build and maintain client relationships exceeding expectations with a positive focus on communication
- Meet with clients for per work process and walkdown with operators
Requirements:
- Valid Drivers License
- Class B CDL
- 3-5 years relevant field experience
- Knowledge of hydro exaction practices
