- Our Clients Field Services Team creates value for our customers by delivering solutions that build long term relationships. Acting as a first line response to our customers, you will communicate in an open, helpful, and engaging manner with the focus being finding the right solution. You will organize, triage customer issues, and even handle some problems before they start. No matter the situation, your formal training (provided through our client) will allow you to provide customers what they need when they need it.

Utilize your skills to:
- Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
- Service electromechanical equipment like self-checkout systems within an assigned territory.
- Perform maintenance, repair, PM work, and system overhauls.
Basic Qualifications to qualify:
- Local candidate to specific geographic area
- Authorized to work in the US
- At least 18 years of age
- Have a valid driver's license and driving record that satisfies our clients fleet requirements.
- PC skills, basic electronic skills, and some specific hardware and operating system familiarity
- Ability to perform essential functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
- Prolonged travel with driving several hours per day.
- Rotating and weekend shifts
- Flexible shift work Rotating shifts within set teams including morning, afternoon, and evening start times with
- some holidays.
- Carrying and lifting tools, parts, and equipment weighing up to 75 lbs. without assistance, up to 150 lbs. with
- assistance
- Bending, squatting, walking, standing, sitting, reaching, working with your hands, and repetitively grasping and
- manipulating objects of varying size
- Willing to be trained on and operate small scale scissor lifts in retail environments to service or replace
- networking equipment such as access points or switches.
POSITION DETAILS/NOTES:
Work hours: 8-10 hours a day. 5-6 days a week. The schedule is likely to include one weekend a month. Currently, the schedule is closer to 10 hours a day, but as hiring scales up, the goal is to reduce it to 8 hours a day.
Shift work: Will start in an overnight shift, If converted the shift can be any of the below. Shifts may not always be consistent so candidates will need to be flexible.
Day shift:
- 8 AM 5 PM
- 9 AM 6 PM
- 10 AM 7 pm
- 11 AM 8 PM
- 12 PM 9 PM
Night Shift:
- 9 PM 5 AM
Notes:
- Regular shift generally assigned after the two-week training period
- Travel travel within the assigned area is required. An Overnight stay may be required if travel outside of the normal
- service area . Not often.
- Car needed for travel to customer - Mileage will be paid
- Training 2 weeks of dedicated training and then OJT training.
- Once training is complete a mentor is assigned. The technician will be given a phone and laptop that has access OKM
- (Oracle Knowledge Management) that has a guide and helpful hints to repair. Additionally, outside of the team they
- would have access to our GURU team for aid on repairs.
- Technician is required to live within the assigned NSA
- Intention convert the contractor to a full-time role if doing well during contract period. Three months or 6
- months depending on the supplier quote.

- TM will review and select resumes
- TM interviews the candidate
- Decision made in a timely manner to hire or decline
- Offer
- Onboarding started
- Once all checks are completed and contractor cleared to start
- Confirm start details
- Contractor starts
These roles are contract to hire, if the candidate successfully passes training
