Position Overview

We’re looking for a hands-on, mechanically inclined, travel-ready technician to join our growing team. As a Field Systems & Assembly Technician, you’ll play a critical role in both our production facility and in the field — building, installing, and supporting advanced inflatable booth systems used by government, aerospace, and commercial clients.

When you’re not on deployment, you’ll work alongside our production and engineering teams, helping assemble systems, prep shipments, and maintain the smooth flow of our manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Travel to customer sites via air and ground to set up and service inflatable booths.

  • Deploy and roll up booths, including lifting, unrolling, inflating, and securing.

  • Make electrical connections and set up on-site accessories and support equipment.

  • Support warehouse production lines during non-travel periods (assembly, welding prep, hot-air welding, packaging, etc.).

  • Work closely with other technicians and customers to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable booth installations.

  • Document installations and provide feedback from the field to improve processes and designs.

Requirements

  • Ability to travel up to two to three weeks per month.

  • Must be able to lift 50+ lbs. and work on ladders or in varying environments also be able to be standing for extended periods.

  • Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying conditions.

  • Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and measurement devices.

  • Mechanically inclined and ability to follow technical drawings or SOPs.

  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.

  • Dependable, adaptable, and willing to learn.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience with equipment installation, electrical connections, or field service.

  • Familiarity with aerospace, industrial, or construction environments.

  • Experience with vinyl welding, HVAC, electrical, or pneumatics is a plus.

  • MUST be able to pass a background check in order to access customer sites (secure military bases)
