We’re looking for a Field Tech II to join our team. This role will service the Fresno and Bakersfield area. Responsibilities Diagnose and resolve issues with printers, plotters, kiosks, and POS systems. Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software. Perform routine maintenance to optimize equipment performance. Deliver clear technical assistance to customers onsite and over the phone. Maintain accurate service records and uphold quality standards. Skills & Qualifications Strong knowledge of printers, computer hardware, and software. Electromechanical experience a plus. Proven troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently or in a team. Physical capability to lift to 50 lbs. Wage Range The hourly rate for this position is between $18.00 - $26.40 per hour. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Benefits The Company offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements: medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, AD&D insurance, disability plans, Employee Assistance Program, paid holidays (up to 12 days annually), paid time off (minimum of 10 days annually, which increases with seniority level), paid parental leave (minimum of 10 days annually), 401(k), FSA/HSA pre‑tax benefits.
