This is a hands-on role for someone who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves, thinks ahead, and loves being part of a high-performing team. Assist with light construction tasks – Stage materials, set up tools, and lend a hand. Be the eyes & ears in the field – Spot issues early and help solve them fast. What We’re Looking For Hardworking, dependable, and detail-oriented. Valid driver’s license & clean driving record. Able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all conditions. Construction experience preferred, but we’ll train the right person. Someone who wants to grow with us—this can be a launchpad to bigger roles. What You Get Competitive pay (DOE).
