Field TechThe Field Technician will be responsible for multiple pipeline tasks on natural gas transmission and distribution systems including compliance work, pipeline and facility maintenance, project oversight, measurement, meter reading, and daily operations. The candidate will perform duties in office and field environments.Duties/Responsibilities:Meter service and installationPipeline locatingCustomer serviceNatural gas odor investigationConnecting and disconnecting natural gas servicesConstruction and maintenance workInstalling and repairing natural gas main and service linesFusing pipeMaintain records associated with service and repair functionsQualifications:Required Skills/Abilities:Valid driver's license and meet company insurance requirementsGood verbal and written skillsAbility to pass a drug screenSelf-starter that can work alone or in teamsOperator Qualification certifications testingMust be available for after hours and on-call as neededEducation and Experience:High School diploma or equivalentPhysical Requirements:Fieldwork is required, and you must be prepared to work in various weather conditions.This role will involve occasional travel to different company locations.Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
