Our client is looking for a Field Technician to join their team!
Job Description
Installs, maintains, repairs, calibrates, modifies and troubleshoots electronic and mechanical equipment and toll systems within the requirements set forth for this position. There will be on-call rotation and overtime hours.
Responsibilities:
- Working knowledge of the practices, tools, equipment and materials utilized within the electronic and mechanical trades.
- Knowledge of advanced electronic circuitry with experience in microprocessor-controlled equipment.
- Read and interpret blueprints, construction and assembly drawings.
- Follow written and oral instructions.
- Calculate materials and supplies required to perform work.
- Communicate effectively and provide training and explanation of work performed.
- Read and interpret technical manuals.
Education:
- Maintenance Technician service personnel shall have at least two (2) years’ experience in the servicing of electronic and/or electromechanical systems or equipment
- Two (2) years of Training/School in electronic, electromechanical systems/equipment, information systems, network operations, or computer systems, or as approved.
