Job Purpose

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented File Clerk/Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sorting and organizing files, maintaining accurate records, and providing general administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.


Job Description

• Sort and organize physical and/or electronic files according to established procedures.
• Maintain and update filing systems to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
• Assist with data entry and document management tasks.
• Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents.
• Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical Requirements:
• Ability to lift and carry files and office supplies as needed.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
