File ClerkTeleSolv Consulting is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented File Clerk to support one of our federal government clients in a secure, high-volume records environment. This is an onsite position supporting daily file operations and document management activities.Responsibilities:Perform clerical, filing, records management, and general administrative support dutiesSupport Government operations in a high-volume documentation and records environmentConduct file operations and maintenance, including organizing, storing, consolidating, and retrieving recordsCreate, update, and maintain physical and electronic file systems in accordance with Government standardsRespond to file and document requests in a timely and accurate mannerScan, index, and upload large multi-page documents into designated systemsEnsure files are properly labeled, secured, and stored according to established proceduresMaintain accuracy and confidentiality when handling sensitive and regulated materialsAssist with special projects and additional administrative duties as assignedQualifications:High school diploma or equivalentMust be a U.S. citizenMust be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust (PT-3) clearancePrior experience in clerical, filing, records management, or administrative support rolesExperience supporting Government operations or working in a high-volume documentation environmentStrong reading comprehension and English language proficiencyAbility to manage and organize large volumes of files with accuracy and attention to detailReliable and professional when handling sensitive and confidential informationAbility to perform physical duties, including lifting, carrying, bending, climbing, and reachingAbout TeleSolv Consulting:Since its establishment in 2000, TeleSolv Consulting has been committed to helping organizations solve complex problems. As part of this process, the government will perform a criminal, credit, tax, employment, and drug history background check. The government has varying tolerances, with mitigating circumstances, for issues in all of the categories. The government is essentially looking to confirm that you are generally in good financial standing, up to date on your tax filings, rehire eligible with your prior employers, and have adhered to any federal restrictions on illegal drug use, including marijuana, in addition to other checks related on your character and trustworthiness.
