We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized File Clerk to join our team on a contract basis in Mashpee, Massachusetts. This role involves managing a high-volume filing project related to real estate documents in a fast-paced and structured environment. Responsibilities:
• Organize, sort, and file physical documents, ensuring accurate categorization and easy retrieval.
• Maintain and manage real estate files, vendor records, and client documentation.
• Arrange materials systematically by week, property, and client name.
• Update and maintain Excel spreadsheets to track filing progress and document details.
• Collaborate with the manager to receive instructions and prioritize daily tasks.
• Work independently to complete assigned tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist in streamlining backend filing systems while maintaining organization.
• Handle physical tasks such as lifting and moving file boxes as part of the filing process.
• Ensure all documentation is properly scanned and electronically filed when required.
• Follow daily task lists to maintain workflow and meet project deadlines.• Proven ability to follow detailed instructions accurately.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable with physical tasks, including lifting and moving files.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and structured setting.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel for tracking and organizing data.
• Reliable and focused with a proactive approach to assigned tasks.
• Previous experience in filing, scanning, or document management is preferred.
• Excellent time management skills to meet tight project deadlines.
