Seeking a FileNet Architect who will work on development projects and also provide L3 support for Enterprise Document Management/Content Services applications (e.g. IBM FileNet, IBM Case Manager, IBM BAW, Kofax Total Agility).

Job Description:

• FileNet Architect who will work on development projects and also provide L3 support for Enterprise Document Management/Content Services applications (e.g. IBM FileNet, IBM Case Manager, IBM BAW, Kofax Total Agility).

• Able to provide direction and technical advice to other team members.

• Identify and understand issues and draw conclusions/resolutions.

• Guide other developers with any questions.

• An architect who will help with upcoming upgrades.

• 75% of the work will be architect work and 25% is development; this may include development of case manager or other filenet components and also work on POC (proof of concept) from an architect point of view

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent

• 10+ years of Software Development experience

• Experience with project feasibility, requirements definition, design, testing and project delivery.

• Experience with both Agile and traditional Waterfall project methodologies.

• IBM FileNet administration, development and configuration.

• Extensive experience and working knowledge on IBM FileNet, Case Manager, Content Navigator, IBM Enterprise Records required.

• Experience in patching/upgrading FileNet

• Excellent communication skills (oral and written)

• Extensive experience developing applications using Java, JavaScript, SQL

• Extensive experience on a variety of application servers like WebLogic, WebSphere and Tomcat

• Extensive experience with Oracle, MS SQL databases

• Experience with Linux, Unix, Windows servers

• Ability to perform root cause analysis and provide fixes for issues reported in production environment

• Experience in tuning databases and application servers

• Experience using monitoring tools like Dynatrace

• Experience setting up or providing requirements to setup monitors and alerts

• Experience using change management tools

• Prefer experience migrating on-prem FileNet platform to Cloud

• Knowledge on Kofax Total Agility, ICC desired

• Prior extensive experience working with IBM's Case Manager and BAW products is required.

• Strong system administration, programming, analytical and troubleshooting skills.
