We are currently seeking candidates for the position of Fill/Pack Operator 1 at our Walpole, MA facility. This entry-level role offers training and the opportunity to work with a global company in a highly regulated environment.

Position Title: Fill/Pack Operator 1

Location: 333 Coney St, Walpole, MA, USA, 02032

Pay Rate: $19/hour

Shifts Available:

Day Shift: 07:00 AM to 03:30 PM (4 Positions Open)

Night Shift: 11:00 PM to 07:30 AM (1 Position Open)

Position Description: As a Fill/Pack Operator 1, you will be involved in manufacturing medical diagnostic test kits. The role requires the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, gloves, lab coats, and safety shoes (provided by Siemens Healthiness). You must be able to stand or use a perch stool for long periods and lift materials up to 50 lbs. Overtime and flexible work hours may be required based on business needs.

Responsibilities:

Operate fill production manufacturing equipment.

Inspect and package finished products.

Verify raw materials to ensure correct components and quantities.

Assist with troubleshooting manufacturing issues.

Follow production procedures and area guidelines.

Comply with quality systems and regulatory agencies (FDA, ISO, OSHA, etc.).

Adhere to all area safety rules and procedures.

Preferred Skills:

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Attention to detail.

Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Willingness to learn new processes and functions.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Desirable experience includes working in an FDA-regulated facility, production/manufacturing environment, and operating manufacturing equipment.

Familiarity with Good Documentation Practices, Good Manufacturing Practices, and PC Skills (MS Office Software, Outlook, Word, Documentum, etc.).
