- Key Responsibilities: Designing, developing, testing, installing and supporting programs/systems, proposing cost/benefit justifications, understanding customer needs and requirements, analyzing detail systems factors, validating alternative problem management proposals, providing technical assistance and guidance, preparing and completing systems documentation and operating procedures, leading design review meetings, coordinating and monitoring the activities of a small project team, evaluating and recommending technical feasibility of proposed systems solutions.
