Finance & Accounting StaffRole OverviewWe are looking for a Finance & Accounting Staff to support day-to-day financial operations, maintain accurate records, and assist with reporting and reconciliation. This role is suitable for someone detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Experience with PayPal and Stripe is a plus.Responsibilities:Manage daily finance and accounting transactions.Record and maintain accurate financial data and supporting documents.Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoices, and reimbursements.Perform bank and account reconciliations.Support monthly closing and financial reporting.Monitor payment status and follow up on outstanding items when needed.Ensure proper documentation and compliance with internal procedures.Assist with tax and statutory documents as required.Coordinate with internal teams and external parties on finance-related matters.Help improve finance processes and reporting accuracy.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.1–3 years of experience in finance and/or accounting.Good understanding of basic accounting principles and financial processes.Experience in transaction recording, reconciliation, and documentation.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.Good communication skills and ability to work well with different teams.Preferred Qualifications:Experience using PayPal and/or Stripe for payment operations or reconciliation.Experience in a startup, SaaS, or technology company.Basic understanding of tax documentation or compliance.Familiarity with accounting systems or ERP tools.
