Job Title: Finance & Accounting Business Analyst

Location: Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and document finance and accounting processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with finance, accounting, and IT teams to optimize financial systems and reporting.
• Develop financial models, dashboards, and reports to support decision-making.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, IFRS, SOX, and other financial regulations.
• Work with stakeholders to automate financial processes and improve data integrity.
• Support ERP system implementation and integration (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday).
• Analyze financial trends, variances, and risks to provide actionable insights.
• Prepare documentation, training materials, and user guides for financial systems.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in financial analysis, accounting, or business analysis.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and financial reporting standards.
• Proficiency in financial systems such as SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or Workday.
• Experience with financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Hands-on experience with Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros), SQL, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• MBA, CPA, CFA, or CMA certification.
• Experience working in banking, investment, or corporate finance.
• Knowledge of automation tools (Alteryx, RPA) and ERP implementation.
• Federal Experience is a plus.
• Required Security clearance.
