We’re seeking passionate individuals to join our dynamic team as we continue to strengthen our finance function in the beauty industry.Position: Finance Accounting ManagerWork Location: Alam Sutera, TangerangJob Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in Finance & Accounting, preferably in FMCG / manufacturing industryStrong understanding of accounting principles and financial reportingExperience handling full set of accounts & closing processExperience with ERP systems (SAP B1 or equivalent is preferred)Proven leadership experience in managing a teamStrong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skillsAble to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentWilling to work full WFO in Alam Sutera, TangerangJob Responsibilities:Financial Reporting & Closing: Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with PSAK/IFRS, including full cycle closingAccounting Operations: Oversee general ledger, journal entries, account reconciliation, and ensure accuracy and integrity of financial dataAccounts Payable & Receivable: Supervise AP/AR processes, ensure timely invoicing, collection, payment, and reconciliationBudgeting & Cash Flow Management: Lead budgeting process, monitor actual vs budget, and manage company cash flowCosting & Inventory Control: Manage inventory costing and financial control for multi-SKU products, especially in FMCG/manufacturing environmentAudit & Internal Control: Coordinate internal and external audit processes and ensure strong internal control implementationERP & System Improvement: Support implementation and optimization of ERP systems (SAP B1 or equivalent) and improve financial processesTeam Leadership: Lead, supervise, and develop finance & accounting team to ensure high performanceCross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with operations, supply chain, and management for financial planning and business decisionsWhy Join Eka Jaya Group?At Eka Jaya Group, we empower our team members to learn, grow, and make an impact.
