The D365 Finance / Accounting Specialist will manage financial systems, workflow management, and system configuration within the Microsoft D365 Finance & Operations (F&O) platform, emphasizing manufacturing costing, budgeting, and forecasting. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in the manufacturing industry, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. This role also involves ensuring precise financial reporting and supporting the creation and development of financial models and forecasts.

You will lead the configuration and optimizion of the ERP financial workflows for General Accounting, Budgeting, Financial Reporting, Costing and Compliance. Additionally, you will provide functional systems support. 
What you need to bring to this wining team:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Information Systems
5+ years of experience in finance or accounting
Experience in ERP, preferrably D365
Strong analytical skills with financial systems
