Location Greensburg, PA Essential Duties and Responsibilities Finance support for the Elastomers Division and ensure financial closing process and US GAAP compliance. Account reconciliation process, driving toward no unreconciled balances. Oversee preparation and accuracy of financial statements. Assist with standard cost roll and physical inventory. Develop and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets. Coordinate internal and external audits, providing documentation and promptly addressing findings. Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and manage financial risks effectively. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required. Certifications in accounting or finance beneficial. Audit experience preferred. Minimum 3-4 years of accounting or finance experience. Proficiency with Oracle, Microsoft Excel, BI, and One Stream/HFM beneficial. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and attention to detail. Familiarity with GAAP and regulatory knowledge. Physical and Mental Demands Employees sit, walk, and use hands to handle objects, computers, and printers. Occasional climbing, stooping, kneeling, and crawling. Requires close, distance, color, peripheral, depth vision and focus adjustment. Work in an indoor manufacturing environment with production activities, machinery, overhead cranes, forklift traffic, and personal protective equipment.
