With the support of a high performing team you will be instrumental in:Supporting the Divisional and Business Services Managers in the timely compilation of the monthly financial results and assisting with budgets/forecasts production.Delivering and completing financial reporting activities and tasks which includes weekly flash, bonus / general accruals, prepayment, reimbursements, journal posting, balance sheet reconciliations and administration tasks.Assisting with reviewing monthly reports, actual, budgets, forecasts and help provide commentary on key variances, business drivers and any actions requiredExecution of simplification projects and implementation of best practice within the Finance functionContributing to Ad hoc/Special projects as and when required. This includes calculation of quarterly P&I Learning recharges, Ask Cody catering recharges, annual charge rate maintenance, and adhoc divisional analysisQualificationsIn order to be considered for this opportunity you will have:Finance / Business Degree or professional accountancy qualification and/or intending to study or studying towards a professional accountancy qualification (CA, CPA, CIMA)Accounting experience working in cross functional teams and Commercial environment will be highly advantageous.Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail.Ability to recommend solutions, challenge performance and influence improvements required to achieve best practice.Excellent computing skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and knowledge of SAP will be highly advantageous.Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
