Job Description
We are seeking a reliable, organized Office & Finance Coordinator to support a family owned, entrepreneur-driven business. This role is hands-on and well suited for someone who enjoys keeping financial and office operations running smoothly. Responsibilities include assisting with day-to-day accounting and administrative tasks, reviewing financial reports, supporting basic financial controls, and helping with retail sales activities. The role also involves coordinating information between POS systems and accounting records, and reviewing P&Ls, COGS, and spending patterns. The ideal candidate will need to have a working understanding of LLC and S-Corp structures, contracts, leases, and routine business filings, and be comfortable helping maintain organization and compliance. This position requires someone who is organized, adaptable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.
