City of Hope's growing national system includes its Los Angeles campus, a network of clinical care locations across Southern California, a new cancer center in Orange County, California, and cancer treatment centers and outpatient facilities in the Atlanta, Chicago and Phoenix areas.The Finance Director is a strategic leader who partners closely with executives, department heads, and clinical leadership across City of Hope Chicagoincluding the Comprehensive Cancer and Research Center and regional Outpatient Care Centers. This role is responsible for developing business cases and analyses that guide informed investments, strategic planning, and operational decision-making to ensure the organization's financial goals are achieved.Hours: Mon-Fri 8:30am - 5:00pmLocation: Zion, IL. This position to be fully onsite.Minimum Education:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Analytics, Accounting, or a related field (required)Minimum Experience:5 years of progressive finance management experience in a hospital or similar environmentPreferred Education:Master's degree in Finance, Healthcare, Business, or a related fieldCPA certificationPreferred Experience:At least 2 years in an executive-level, senior finance, or senior accounting roleSoftware Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft ExcelWorking knowledge of TableauCity of Hope is an equal opportunity employer.City of Hope employees pay is based on the following criteria: work experience, qualifications, and work location.This position is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
