1. Overview

The Finance Lead is responsible for providing strategic financial leadership and oversight within the healthcare company. The role ensures the accuracy and integrity of financial data, develops and implements financial strategies, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to drive organizational growth.

2. Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes


• Prepare and present financial statements and reports to internal and external stakeholders


• Perform financial analysis and make recommendations on investment decisions


• Develop and implement internal financial controls to ensure compliance and reduce risks


• Manage relationships with financial institutions, auditors, and investors


• Collaborate with operational teams to identify financial opportunities and improve efficiency


• Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes to advise management on financial implications

3. Technical Skills

• Proficient in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting tools


• Strong understanding of GAAP and IFRS accounting principles


• Knowledge of healthcare industry financial management practices


• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

4. Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field


• CPA or equivalent certification preferred
