EMEA Recruitment is proud to be work with a leading consultancy in its search for a Finance Manager to manage and take ownership of local finance activities.This dynamic and rapidly expanding business offers a unique opportunity for a finance professional to step up to a management role, take ownership of processes, and drive improvements.The role will suit a proactive and self-driven candidate with strong social skills and a technical mindset.The main duties of the Finance Manager are: Oversee and manage operational to strategic finance activities (Accounting, Audit, AP, AR, Payroll)Coordinate audits, support budgeting and forecasting, and manage internal controlsManage two employees covering financial administrationPrepare management reports and consolidate financial statementsWork on process improvement projects in accounting and company integration activitiesThe skills required for the Finance Manager are: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent3-5 years of experience overseeing multiple Finance functionsStrong stakeholder management skillsExperience with Exact is preferred, but not essentialFluent in English and DutchIf you are interested in applying for this Financial Control Manager role, please register your interest using the link below.
