The mission of the role is to bring financial discipline, analytical rigor and constructive challenge into a fast-growing franchising business. In this role you are expected to: Be a trusted financial partner to the business, not just a reporting functionChallenge decisions using numbers, not hierarchy or relationshipsAnticipate financial risks before they materializeBuild light but effective financial processes, suitable for a small organizationEnable sustainable expansion through robust cash flow management and investment analysisYour responsibilities include:1) Franchisee financial analysis & advisoryRequesting, reading and challenging franchisees’ P&LsActing as an internal “business consultant” for franchisees2) Credit managementMonitoring receivablesDesigning and managing repayment plansPreventing relationship-driven credit risks3) Business case & investment analysisPreparing business cases for new store openingsSupporting Investment Committee decisionsAnalyzing co-investment scenarios with franchisees 4) Financial reporting & forecastingMonthly P&LCash flow and cash flow forecasting5) Process & governance build-upImplementing basic financial procedures (approval flows, segregation of duties, payment controls)Identifying and mitigating financial risks typical of a former family businessThis is what you bring:7+ years of experience in Finance Management Strong experience working as a business partner in delivering better decision support and enabling strategic initiatives which help to improve the organization’s financial performance.State of the art analytical skills as well as strong business acumen.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Professional level English and DutchEven if you do not tick all the boxes, apply and let's have a chat!
