We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join a leading, well-established bank in Dubai (DIFC). The successful candidate will play a key role in managing the bank's financial operations, regulatory reporting, budgeting, and strategic planning functions in compliance with UAE Central Bank and DIFC regulations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting in line with IFRS and local regulations. Ensure compliance with UAE Central Bank and DIFC reporting requirements. Lead audits and maintain accurate financial records. Support strategic planning and cost control initiatives. Implement strong internal controls and financial policies. Collaborate with senior management on financial strategy. Supervise and guide the finance team. REQUIREMENTS Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Professional certification such as CPA, CA, ACCA, or CMA is preferred. 7–10 years of experience in finance or accounting, ideally within the banking sector. Strong knowledge of IFRS, UAE Central Bank regulations, and DIFC compliance. Proven expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and regulatory submissions. Proficiency in financial systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP). Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills. Based in or willing to relocate to Dubai. #J-18808-Ljbffr
