Leif Johnson Ford of Manor is hiring a Finance Manager to deliver a fast, compliant, and customer-friendly F&I experience. You’ll structure deals, present protection options clearly, and work closely with sales managers and lenders to get deals funded quickly—without adding friction or confusion for the customer. You’ll be responsible for clean documentation, strong lender relationships, and consistent product performance while protecting the dealership through accurate, compliant processes. Responsibilities Structure and finalize retail/lease deals; submit to lenders and secure approvals Present and enroll customers in F&I products in a clear, pressure-controlled way Ensure deal accuracy, complete paperwork, and funding readiness Maintain compliance standards (privacy, documentation, menu, disclosures) Work with sales leadership to improve approvals, funding speed, and customer experience Track performance metrics (PVR, product penetration, chargebacks, funding time) Qualifications 2+ years automotive F&I experience preferred (high-performing Sales Managers with strong desk + compliance experience will be considered) Proven ability to get deals approved and funded with minimal rehash Strong understanding of lender programs, credit tiers, and stipulations Highly organized, detail-driven, and process-oriented Strong communication and customer presentation skills Valid driver’s license; ability to pass background/drug screening as required What We Offer Competitive pay plan (commission + bonus structure) Health benefits, 401(k), PTO High-volume store with a strong leadership team and clear processes Opportunity to grow with Leif Johnson Automotive Group How to Apply Apply with resume + brief note on your F&I experience, lender mix, and recent performance. #J-18808-Ljbffr
