• Manage and oversee the entire vehicle financing process from application to funding.
• Work closely with lenders, banks, and financial institutions to secure the best financing options for customers.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations in automotive financing.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to facilitate repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate with the sales team to promote finance products and drive dealership profitability.

• Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role in the automotive industry.
• Comprehensive knowledge of automotive financing, truth in lending law, and compliance regulations.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Proficiency with Reynolds and Reynolds preferred but not required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

• Competitive salary range of $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 + per year, paid monthly.
