Job Title: Finance Manager
Location: Natick, MA
Duration: Full Time
Years of Experience: 8+ Yrs.
Required Hours/Week: 40hrs./Week
Notes:
  • Must have CPA certification or CA will also work
  • 1st level Inperson interview /final level - video call
  • We need profile with more local geo compliance experience - Statutory local Tax filing / Corporate return filing / Monthly Payroll return compliance / Payroll return filing in coordination with Paychex provider/Local regulatory requirements on the insurance compliance, banking coordination's.
  • Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Ensure statutory compliance dashboard for US GEO is met on time
      • Monthly sales tax, franchise tax filing requirements.
      • Quarterly sales tax, franchise tax filing requirements.
      • Yearly Use tax / other filing requirements.
      • Coordinating with Paychex for any payroll related filing/compliance.
    • Handing IRS related correspondences.
    • Co ordinating with Insurance brokers for Insurance renewals on time.
    • Coordinating with Offshore team for timely Check payments.
    • Co-ordinating with Offshore finance team on AP related documents for proper accounting.
    • Check printing activities at onsite.
    • Depositing Customer checks with Bankers and other bank liaison Ing activities.
    • Coordination with offshore team for accounting, bookkeeping at offshore.
    • Co-ordinating with offshore team on BRS activities for any pending items.
    • Assisting on book closing activities.
    • Assisting on Invoicing / collection follow up activities.
    • Familiarity with ERP working is preferable.
    • Good level of proficiency in Excel & other MS Office applications.
