SUMMARYWe are seeking a Finance Manager to join our team. The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing disbursements, and ensuring compliance with government regulations. The role requires meticulous preparation, monitoring, and accountability in all financial activities.JOB RESPONSIBILITIESEnsure BIR compliance by preparing and filing all periodic, quarterly, and annual returns, including but not limited to withholding taxes (both expanded and compensation), VAT returns, Income Tax Returns, SWAT, MAP, QAP, SAWT, and others as deemed necessary.Liaise in the renewal of local permits such as Sanitary Permits, Mayor’s Permits, and others as deemed necessary.Process payment requests once approved and issue 2307 forms.Participate in the month-end closing of the company’s books.Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and other necessary schedules.Handle other matters as required by the position.QUALIFICATIONSCPA with at least six years of experience working as an Accountant.Strong background in taxation and audit.Experience with the QuickBooks accounting system.Knowledgeable in payroll systems.Knowledgeable in LGU, BIR, and SEC compliance requirements.Self-motivated, self-sufficient, and accountable.Possess good judgment and decision-making skills.Enthusiastic about achieving results and ensuring objectives are met.Strategic and target-driven.Experience handling multi-region finance and payroll (India and South Africa preferred).JOB REQUIREMENTSShould be willing to accept a long-term work-from-home arrangement.
