Our client, a leading company in the financial industry, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join their team. As the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, providing strategic financial insights and guidance to senior management, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the company's financial operations, including financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure effective and efficient financial management.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing recommendations to improve profitability and efficiency.
  • Prepare financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business strategies and initiatives.
  • Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, regulators, and financial institutions.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and accounting standards.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to the finance team.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and changes in financial regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, Master of Business Administration preferred.
  • Professional certifications such as CPA or CMA are required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management.
  • Strong knowledge of financial management principles and practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex financial concepts effectively.
  • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Proficient in financial software and MS Office.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
