Overview Finance Manager – Oro Loma Sanitary District, San Lorenzo, CA Responsibilities Prepare and manage operating and capital budgets, perform cash flow projections, generate Annual Comprehensive Financial Reports, and manage District loans. Responsible for monthly financial reports, annual independent audit, cash and investment management, accounts payable, payroll, and other duties as assigned.
