About the Role The Manager of FP&A reports directly to the CFO and serves as the finance team's operational core. Responsibilities span financial close and reporting, budgeting and forecasting, board presentation preparation, equity administration through Carta, contract organization, and M&A support. The right candidate is resourceful, highly organized, and comfortable owning a broad scope without a lot of oversight. Your Responsibilities Will Include Own the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, driving cross‑functional collaboration and timeline adherence, with a focus on continuous improvement as the business evolves Build, maintain, and improve financial models to support revenue projections, expense planning, headcount analysis, and scenario planning Assist in closing the books monthly, quarterly, and annually, delivering variance analysis with clear commentary on what was spent versus what was planned Prepare financial packages to the board on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, including income statement, balance sheet, cash flow, and supporting schedules Track and report on KPIs and operating metrics, translating data into executive ready insights Manage the company's equity program through Carta, including option grants, vesting schedules, and cap table maintenance, serving as the primary point of contact for employee equity questions and administration Support contract organization and administration, bringing structure and consistency to how agreements are managed across the organization Support M&A activities including target analysis, financial due diligence, market opportunity assessment, integration modeling, and post‑close performance tracking Coordinate data room preparation and interface with external advisors and counterparts as needed Serve as a trusted financial partner to the CFO, providing analytical support, handling ad hoc requests, and helping drive key business decisions #J-18808-Ljbffr
