Job Description:

As an Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in our dealership's success by managing the finance and insurance process. We are seeking an experienced individual with a deep understanding of subprime financing and the ability to secure approvals and funding with the correct stipulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the finance and insurance process for vehicle sales, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
  • Work closely with customers to secure financing, explain financing options, and present additional products and services
  • Utilize your experience with subprime financing to secure approvals and funding with the correct stipulations
  • Develop and maintain relationships with financial institutions and lenders to secure competitive financing options for customers
  • Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner, adhering to dealership policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure a seamless buying experience

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Finance Manager in the automotive industry, with a strong background in subprime financing
  • Knowledge of finance and insurance regulations, laws, and procedures
  • Proven track record of securing approvals and funding for subprime deals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and financial institutions
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in finance and insurance software
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Customer-oriented with a genuine desire to assist clients.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Valid driver's license.
